For the final session this year, the class will be taking place on the 23 October, led by none other than SUSHISAMBA’s award winning Culinary Director Chef Moon.
Located within the exclusive setting of SUSHISAMBA’s intimate private dining room, overlooking the breathtaking views of the Palm Jumeirah,the EDOMAE Sushi-Making Masterclass promises to deliver a truly sensational experience as guests learn about the history and finesse behind one of the world’s most sough-after skill. Further referencing Tokyo’s old name, ‘Edo’,the EDOMAEMasterclass pays homage to Japan’s rich culinary history.
Renowned for its delicate dishes made from local fish freshly caught from Edo Bay, SUSHISAMBA’s EDOMAE Masterclass delivers a sophisticated lesson in the traditional art of sushi-making. With access to premium sushi-making equipment and freshly prepared ingredients, guests will have the chance to showcase new culinary skills at preparingaClassic Sushi Roll as well as two signature SUSHISAMBA Rolls.
To commemorate the sushi-making experience amongst the clouds, each guest will receive a limited editionSUSHISAMBA apron, specially designed for the occasion and to remember a truly unique gastronomical adventure for years to come. With a maximum capacity of 10 students per class, the EDOMAE Sushi-Making Masterclass makes for the perfect setting to meet like-minded people and understand sushi’s rich history.
