In partnership with SRG Hospitality, Charlie Lane will be a unique casual dining concept, launching15th September 2021 in the recently opened Staybridge SuitesDubai Financial Centre and Staybridge Suites Dubai Internet City.
Charlie Lane is the ultimate wanderlust dreamer, the Dubai dweller. Full of stories and typically short on time, Charlie needs a place that is relaxed and approachable to kick back and catch up with old and new mates.
As ever with all Bull&Roo concepts, the ethos of high-quality, wholesome food reigns supreme, working closely with local, organic farms and ethical coffee roasters. Charlie Lane will be a nourishing, modern, urban journey, with a menu of fresh breakfasts to kick start a day or late-night dinners after exploring the sandy dunes. The menu will be a mix of wellness smoothies, soul fuel juice, light-bright and wholesome dishes, signature wraps, woodfire sourdough pizza, bowls, salads, starters, mains and of course a delicious selection of baked goods from Bull&Roo’sRise&Dawn Bakehouse. Setting the scene of a traveler’s haven, Charlie Lane’s interiors will have an urban yet homely feel, the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.
“Charlie Lane is our first consulting and management project where we worked in partnership with SRGwho owns and operates the two Staybridge hotels where this concept will be launched. We consulted on the concept right from the inception of the brand to the development of a truly unique menu.
