Le Cirque Dubai, located in The Ritz Carlton, DIFC, adds a touch of fun to its fare with an ever-evolving menu focusing on homestyle favourites served with an elevated edge to enhance the art of dining out. Dedicated to consistently put their best culinary foot forward, the contemporary French-Italian restaurant will showcase three to four new dishes that are designed to be shared in addition to their regular menu favorites.
“With honest, homestyle cooking at the core of Le Cirque, we are taking a step back to remind guests of the dining out experience. In today’s world, we often get caught up in life’s day to day to do list, that we forget to take time to savor a good meal. To highlight this, we are focusing on Le Cirque’s culture of feel-good food that brings people together through simple and familiar Italian flavours, made with French artistry and precision,” said Le Cirque Dubai’s General Manager, Oreste Amadeo.
“Ever so often we’ll be adding a new-line up of select dishes and beverages to not only keep challenging ourselves, but also keep things fresh and interesting. The rising level of competition in the F&B industry means customers are spoilt for choice, and at Le Cirque Dubai, they’ll never get bored of trying out some new dishes in addition to their regular favourites. The mantra we’re exercising is simple- genuine service, high quality good food, and good people,” says Head Chef, Wesley Tyron Berghoff.
Bringing the over 40 year old brand that made a legacy of bringing art, fashion and food together into the 21st century, Le Cirque Dubai will continue to pay tribute to its founding father, famed restaurateur Sirio Maccioni, and serve the local foodie community French cuisine inspired by Italian influences, as well as appease to the new-age Dubai crowd of urban professionals, creatives, and socialites with engaging dining experiences.
“Le Cirque Dubai is and always will be a DIFC hot spot for business lunches and celebration dinners, however we’re taking a more inclusive route and look forward to welcoming a new era of customers who just want a casual night out, be it for after work catch-up with colleagues at the bar, or a good meal with family and friends,” continued Oreste.
Guests can be sure to indulge in some regular classics such as Escargots made in garlic and herb butter, Lobster Risotto with salsa verde, and the popular Veal Milanese in parmesan, tomato, arugula, garlic and herb cream.
What’s more? Don’t be fooled by the sophisticated dishes and porcelain white interiors, because this circus just got more entertaining with a range of acts in store, including Aperitivo, Brunch, Wine Pairing Nights, and Guest Chefs- all part of the new Le Cirque for today’s customer. Stay tuned!
