The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai’s award-winning Italian restaurant, Splendido, has rejuvenated their menu for 2023, with all-new decadent a-la-carte menu items and a luxurious ‘journey through Italy’ offering. The menu is launched in line with the destination appointing a new head chef, Chef Antonio, who has carefully crafted and created the brand-new menu items.
The Tuscan-inspired venue provides guests with sophisticated surroundings, from its luxurious interiors to stunning outdoor terrace overlooking the glittering Arabian Gulf and JBR skyline.
Known for its fresh ingredients and authentic Italian cuisine, the destination’s all-new menu will include delectable dishes such as indulgent tagliolino pasta with duck ragout, fresh sea bass carpaccio, creamy burrata and eggplant ravioli, artichoke and asparagus cake, “Genovese style” braised beef and much more. The restaurants ‘dolci’ menu has also welcomed a number of additions, including a delicious salted caramel semi freddo with warm chocolate sauce, Italian cheeses served with mostarda mantovana among a number of other delectable dishes.
Additionally, the venue’s newly launched ‘journey through Italy’ menu takes guests on a tour of a number of the famed culinary regions of Italy, from Campania, Veneto, Puglia and Toscana. Each course includes a signature regionally inspired dish such as eggplant and tomato sauce millefeuille and deep fried calzone from Capania, fried Adriatic seafood from Puglia and Italian T-bone steak, served with sautéed seasonal vegetables and roasted potatoes from Toscana. Guests can now enjoy this indulgent menu alongside a number of refreshing Italian tipples at this stunning venue.
