La Dame de Pic Dubai, the one MICHELIN-starred, French fine-dining restaurant by the world’s most decorated female chef, Chef Anne Sophie Pic, is now open for lunch with a special three-course set menu, Sonate, perfect for guests looking for a sophisticated lunch experience.
Located in The Link, on the 25th floor of One Za’abeel, La Dame de Pic Dubai promises an elevated French fine dining experience in Chef Anne Sophie Pic’s celebrated signature style creating an ambience as sophisticated as the cuisine it cradles.
Sonate lunch menu represents an expression of culinary excellence in Anne-Sophie Pic’s signature style, elevating the midday dining experience to a realm of refinement. Priced at 390 Dhs per person, diners can choose three courses from a selection of exquisite dishes.
For the starters, guests can choose between Les Berlingots ASP©, a chef’s signature dish with pasta parcels filled with 24-month comté, green peas, wild rocket and pistachio coulis, or the Local Beans with glazed honey, fig leaf ice cream and matcha tuile and Heirloom Tomato perfumed with eucalyptus and served with lemon verbena ice cream. The menu features two main options including the Mediterranean Red Mullet, glazed, and cooked over embers and served with heirloom zucchini and cardamom dashi and the Black Onyx featuring beef tenderloin perfumed with crispy aubergine, mint béarnaise. Completing the affair, the dessert options include Wild Strawberry Sorbet perfumed with mint, served with pine cream tartelette and pickled pine buds, and Apricot Calisson, an apricot sorbet with thyme and rosemary, glace royale, calisson ice cream and pickled melon.
To elevate the dining experience further, guests can indulge in Maison Pic’s creative beverage pairings, at an additional cost, carefully crafted in collaboration with Paz Levinson, the Group Pic’s chief executive sommelier. Whether with or without alcohol, each pairing is designed to complement and enhance the flavours, ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.
