Kicking off festivities, the evening before the Michelin ceremony, an unforgettable Infinity Dinner took place for 20 guests in a glass-bottomed dining room at The Link. Guests enjoyed dishes prepared by some of the world’s most exciting and groundbreaking chefs—all of whom have opened restaurants at The Link: Anne-Sophie Pic, the most celebrated female chef in the world; three-star chef Paco Morales, known for his dynamic take on Andalusian cuisine; Tetsuya Wakuda, renowned for his fusion of Japanese ingredients with French techniques; culinary duo Bo Songvisava and Dylan Jones, who honour eco-gastronomy and authentic Thai ingredients; Mehmet Gürs, known for pioneering the New Anatolian Kitchen; and a dish from Dabiz Muñoz, crowned World’s Best Chef three years in a row for his unrivaled take on street food.
“Inventive culinary journeys are powerful and essential to creating extraordinary experiences for our guests. We are incredibly gratified to have our efforts and the exceptional work of our culinary teams celebrated and recognized globally. I am proud of what we have accomplished, particularly at The Link at One&Only One Za’abeel which opened just this year in February,” said Philippe Zuber, CEO Kerzner International.
