With the opening of Garden, JW Marriott Marquis Dubai is inviting the exotic flavors of Latin America to the world’s tallest 5-star hotel. Adding another restaurant to its already extensive portfolio of food and beverage outlets, the restaurant is to launch by the award-winning team behind Wanderlust brunch on December 1st, with dishes inspired by street food from Mexico, Venezuela, Peru, Brazil and Argentina.
“Garden has been a long-awaited project we have been getting very excited about”, says Demian Fuentes, Director of Food and Beverage, himself a native Mexican. “The concept revolves around the vibrant street food culture that can be found throughout Latin America . We believe Latin American flavors set the ambience and bring people together. Culturally, it is all about sharing and being social. The team that we put together shares this passion, with many team members being Latin American themselves, which in turn brings that necessary element of fun and authenticity to the restaurant that our guests will feel and see.”
Young, fun and casual, the restaurant will feature an enticing outdoor terrace, a bright and colorful interior, as well as compelling and exciting offers throughout the week. Ever so millennial-friendly, one of the promotions will be Taco Society, which will offer an entertaining twist on the traditional Taco Tuesdays. The special menu will consist of 7 exciting taco varieties, all for 15 AED each with unique options and even secret tacos. Most importantly guests’ loyalty at Taco Society will be rewarded with a surprise. Taco Society is followed by a Latin Ladies Night on Wednesday, offering unlimited selected cocktails.
