New Parisian dining concept, Josette, launches a fabulous new breakfast menu and a Saturday brunch concept in DIFC’s hotspot, ICD Brookfield Place.
Take a seat in Josette’s plush and opulent chairs and discover a sumptuous ‘’Petit-déjeuner’’ complete with indulgent French flavours. The specially curated breakfast menu caters to all cravings from Omelette au Crabe (king crab leg omelet with Hollandaise sauce) to OuefRoyale (poached eggs with smoked salmon and Oscietra caviar). When it comes to sweet indulgences, guests are spoilt for choice with a viennoiserie selection, vegan overnight chia, Pain Perdu and the infamous table-side flambéCrêpes.To complement the delightful breakfast, a choice of fresh juices and healthy booster shots are served, as well as Josette’s very own ChocolatChaud (hot chocolate).
Marrying the charm of Parisian elegance with DIFC’s extravagance, Josette presents a luxurious brunch on Saturdays. The glorious affair begins with freshly prepared viennoiseries and breakfast items. Beautifully presented,the sharing-style menu offers entrées range from Escargots de Josette (snails with almond butter), Aubergine Mille-Feuille (eggplant mille-feuille), Tartare de Thon (Bluefin tuna tartare with caviar) and more. The main event features delicacies like Pâtes aux Morilles (tagliolini with morels), Entrecôte CDP (grilled ribeye with Josette sauce) and Filet de Loup de Mer (pan-fried sea bass). Treating your taste buds to a sweet ending is Josette’s selection of desserts including crème brulée, Eclair, and FlambéPavlova. The charming atmosphere is complemented by live entertainment and DJ performances filling the air with sensuous beats.
