DUOMO brings classic Italian worldliness to the epicenter of Dubai. Guests not only relish in an indulgent classic Italian food but can be captivated by the immersive digital art show that takes place on the arch every night from 6pm. For Christmas, in addition to a la carte, DUOMO will offer a festive set menu on both days at AED 375 per person.
JOLIE presents meticulously prepared French cuisine inspired by Mediterranean coastal flavors. Prepare for a vibrant atmosphere on Christmas Eve & Christmas Day as Jolie will offer a three-course menu at AED 375 per person. Guests have an array of savory starters to choose from including an exquisite Foie Gras Terrine with Brioche and a special Tuna Tartare. Mains will take the stage with choices between Grilled Lamb Rack with Herb Crust, the Baby Chicken with Périgueux Sauce or the Grilled Sea Bream with Gray Salt Sauce. For a sweet ending, the delicious Chocolate mousse or the Baba Au Rhum will be on offer.
THIA Sky Lounge is a relaxation hub by day and a cosmopolitan attraction by night. Among the luxuries that guests can come to expect will include a spectacular infinity pool, uninterrupted and breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa, a slick bar in a lush green garden, cozy sun loungers and luxe cabanas. In addition to a la carte, Thía will offer a festive set menu at a fixed price of 375 AED per person. Guests will be spoilt for choice with a diverse menu and remarkable views they celebrate in an outdoor terrace. Items on the menu will include the Quinoa Salad with Confit Duck Leg, the Marinated Baked Feta, the Baby Chicken Marinated with Spicy Lemon Grass and the Molten Brownie.

Ring in 2022 in a chic indoor space under the dome or on the beautiful patio with mesmerizing views of the Burj Khalifa fireworks while DJ’s complement with stellar tunes. The exclusive five-course set menu will include a selection of premium meats, the finest seafood, flavorsome soup and scrumptious desserts. Vegetarians will relish in dishes made from the freshest vegetable produce. Dishes will include Burrata, Carpaccio Di Branzino, Carpaccio Di Manzo, Zuppa Di Topinambur e Tartufo and Carpaccio Di Ananas.
