On the 5th November, Dubai’s home-grown burger joint, Ugly Burger launches the BULGOGI BURGER, a traditional Korean dish, incorporated into a soft bun.
Ugly Burger, always ready to serve up the unexpected don’s its creative hat, putting a twist on Korea’s most loved dish. Bulgogi meaning “fire meat” is an authentic meat dish, found on the table of every Korean house hold.
The Bulgogi Burger will be filled with griddled marinated sliced beef, mixed grilled mushrooms and onions, toasted sesame seeds, topped with a cracked black pepper bulgogi mayo on a bed of lettuce. The melt-in-the-mouth meat will be packed with flavour, paired with the crunch of the sesames and heat of the black pepper
Keep it Korean by adding a side of Kimchi Fries! Perfectly thin French fries with tangy kimchi and melted cheese.
