Innovative New Tastes Infuse COYA Dubai’s Pisco Bar & Lounge And Members’ Club Menus From September 2020

COYA Dubai has added a range of evocative and exotic new flavors to the menus of its separate Pisco Bar & Lounge and Member’s Club to usher in the social season from September.

Six new mocktails have been created by COYA Dubai’s celebrated mixologists for a mutli-layered and refreshing drinks experience.  These include an innovative take on Peru’s national purple corn drink, a Chicha Colada mixed with fresh citrus and coconut; as well as Star-gazed, with red plums, Earl Grey tea, and kafir lime leaves; and Café de Naranja, with coffee cordial and fresh orange juice.

To complement drink options, seven different types of food choices are available in the Pisco Bar & Lounge, all served in portions to share and enjoy among guests.  From signature salads and small plates to marinated skewers, healthy ceviches, tacos, and special dishes, there is a taste for every palate at COYA Dubai.  Guacamole made table-side, bao filled with wagyu shortrib, charcoal grilled prawns, softshell crab tacos, and salmon ceviche are among the crowd favorites on COYA Dubai’s Pisco Bar & Lounge menu.

New signature cocktails for over-21s were created by COYA’s mixologists during the summer months, making their debut in September.  These libations include premium brands combined with fruit infusions and surprising twists to awaken taste buds.  The ru-Barbara features Del Maguey VIDA Mezcal, house-made rhubarb, cherry liquer, dark chocolate, and lemon, while the Canna Lilie includes passion fruit and basil wine, apricot brandy, prosecco, and COYA’s house sorbet.  The new El Ruso Gimlet has Absolut Elyx vodka infused with pickles, mixed with freshly muddled cucumber, lemon juice, caraway liquer and honey syrup.  COYA Dubai’s Members’ Club also has a revamped menu of six new signature rum-, gin-, and bourbon-based cocktails to surprise and delight visitors to its private bar and dining area.

“To stay ahead of food and beverage trends in the UAE and in line with our locations in London and soon in Paris, COYA Dubai continually develops its own menu creations that use seasonal and house-made ingredients for tastes that can’t be found anywhere else,” said Mathias Piras, Middle East Operations Manager, COYA.  “The traditional flavors of Peru are a constant reference for both dining and drinks but we refresh our menu each season so that guests can find a compelling mix of their signature favorites as well as new discoveries on every visit to COYA.”

Both COYA’s Pisco Bar & Lounge and its Members’ Club have weekly live entertainment fixtures and frequent events, detailed on social media channels.  For table reservations or more information, email reservations@coyarestaurant.ae, visit www.coyarestaurant.com/dubai or call 04 316 9600.
