Inspired by Beefbar destinations around the world, this exclusive menu offers a delightful journey through 22 surprising cocktail creations that perfectly complement the restaurant’s diverse culinary offerings.
Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, Beefbar’s new cocktail menu reflects the brand’s identity and dedication to creating one-of-a-kind beverage experiences. Drinks on this menu feature brand-new creations that mix classic cocktails with a Beefbar twist, and most importantly, each drink has been designed to perfectly pair with Beefbar’s ‘Street Food’ dishes from their menu.
A classic drink with a Beefbar touch includes the Tropical Negroni, an exotic version of the original cocktail using coconut oil fat washed Campari, dark rum, and pineapple & vanilla vermouth. The menu is also comprised of a number of Beefbar original cocktails such as the Oaxaca Day, a mezcal based, citrusy and spiced drink using yellow tomato & grapefruit soda, citrus sherbet, cardamom, bitter, and sesame powder, the Adrobs Sunrise, a sweet and sour yet refreshing drink with notes of passion fruit, rooibos tea, orgeat syrup, and limoncello, and the La Vie En Rose, served using chamomile infused gin, raspberry puree, jasmine syrup, and rose foam. Best of all, each of these beverages are perfectly paired to be indulged in with Beefbar’s Street Food menu. These cocktails are best served with dishes such as the Rock Corn, a Beefbar vegetarian take on a popcorn shrimp, Mini Big K, which presents three hearty beef sliders, KFC, Kobe beef tallow fried chicken, Dragon Shrimps, and Quesadillas to name a few. These cocktail pairings with the culinary menu offer guests a 360° dining and drinking experience.
