The Impossible Taco will be available for both dine-in and delivery.

From 5-18 December, Taqado will offer a complimentary Impossible Taco to any diner who purchases any order of Tres Tacos.  The limited-time-offer will be available in-store only at all Taqado Mexican Kitchen branches in Abu Dhabi including Yas Mall, Galleria Mall, World Trade Centre Mall, and in Dubai; Dubai Mall, Studio City, Barsha Heights, Kite Beach, Mall of the Emirates and Media City.

Taqado Mexican Kitchen is a popular Mexican street-food restaurant boasting an eclectic, flavour-filled menu of traditional Mexican dishes, including tacos, burritos, burrito bowls and more. A homegrown concept, Taqado draws on authentic Mexican cooking techniques and flavors to offer an experience that is wholesome, satisfying and affordable.

Impossible Foods’ flagship product, Impossible™ Burger, launched in the UAE earlier this year, and the company is quickly expanding its footprint. The launch at Taqado Mexican Kitchen brings the total number of restaurants serving Impossible to more than 70 since the regional launch.

“Impossible Foods products are designed to taste and function just like meat from animals, and stands out especially well in cuisines that traditionally feature meat-centric dishes. We’re delighted to welcome a customer who can showcase the culinary versatility of the product,” says Laurent Stevenart, a General Manager at Impossible Foods. “Our vision is to make our product as available and accessible as conventional animal meat, and that includes featuring at creative and beloved establishments like Taqado Mexican Kitchen.”

Commenting on the launch, Christian Jansson, Chief Operating Officer at Taqado Mexican Kitchen, said, “We are constantly on the lookout to find new ways of bringing Mexican flavors to our restaurants. With Impossible Meat, we’re able to create delicious variations of our classic street food meals in a way that is as tasty and truly unique. While ensuring there is no compromise on flavor, the ImpossibleTM menu at Taqado Mexican Kitchen offers a real taste of Mexico, executed in a sustainable, healthy and plant-based way.”
