Fish Dubai has announced the installation of a new glass cover, meaning guests will have the option to dine inside the stunning restaurant, or dine al-fresco on the idyllic terrace from this weekend onwards.
Surrounded by strings of twinkling lights, cobbled pathways, Instagrammable tee-pees, Santorini-white picnic tables and unrestricted views of the Arabian Gulf, it’s no wonder Fish Dubai remains one of the region’s most sought-after dining destinations year after year.
Since a memorable opening in 2016, the stunning Aegean-inspired restaurant set on the water’s edge of Le Meridien Mina Seyahi has welcomed hundreds of nationalities through its blue shutter doors and witnessed its fair share of romantic beachfront proposals.
Originally an open-air dining concept, Fish Dubai was previously only operational across the cooler months, however, the team behind the award-winning venue are excited to announce the restaurant able to welcome guests all year round with the new installation which will be complete this Friday [24 May].
The installation of removable glass windows means Fish Dubai can cater to all seasons, with space for up to 100 guests. Without impacting the venue’s stunning Santorini vibes, this addition promises to keep out the summer heat, yet still offer up the stunning views that it is famous for. Styled like a modern seaside tavern, a truly rustic and whitewashed haven with subtle nods towards the ‘family home’, Fish Dubai is the perfect spot for indulging in great food and creating memories to last a lifetime.
The talented chefs at Fish Dubai have worked hard to create a menu that sources the freshest ingredients, whilst also boasting a sharing style concept, making it perfect for dining in a group setting amongst friends and family, or for a more intimate affair. With a tempting array of fresh salads, traditional cold and hot plates, flavoursome casseroles and fresh fish, cooked to perfection, guests will certainly be spoiled for choice.
Menu highlights include the Kokorec: finely chopped seabass and seabream casserole cooked with green pepper, red pepper, spring onion, parsley and rice; the traditional Greek Mousaka, and the Incik, a tender, slow-cooked lamb shank with root vegetables and potatoes, served alongside dark Ottoman rice. For the sweet tooth, be sure to save room for the homemade walnut Baklava, served traditionally with vanilla ice cream, or the Ekmek Katayif, oven-baked bread pudding served with Turkish fresh cream and hazelnut. All of these are naturally complemented by an impressive wine list, which showcases the very best Aegean vineyards.
Fish Dubai truly offers a dining experience like no other, and the best news is, it’s now open ALL YEAR LONG!
Fish Dubai is open from 12pm to 11pm on weekdays, and from 12pm to 11.30pm on weekends. To reserve your table, please call: 04 511 7139
