One such concept is Rosa’s Thai, which will be well known amongst the massive pool of UK expats,not forgetting the abundance of Emiratis who regularly travel to London for their annual vacations. Now, Dubai gets to bask in the flavoursome delights as Rosa’s Thai opens its first international locationon JBR marking the brand’s 34th opening!
Restaurant operators and seasoned brand builders, eathos, who are behind numerous well-loved concepts in Dubai such as SushiArt, Kababji and Tortilla, will be heading up the partnership with Rosa’s Thai to launch yet another local favourite. eathos began operating in the UAE in 2014, with a core focus on launching world-class casual and fast-casual dining establishments across the region. Since then, they have expanded into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and launched 7 exceptional concepts in close to 40 locations.

Rosa’s Thai has humble beginnings rooted in authenticity, starting as a market stall in London’s Brick Lane in 2007 where Thai chef Saiphin Moore served her time-honoured family recipes to hungry lunchtime crowds. Just a year later, Saiphin and her entrepreneur husband Alex opened the first Rosa’s Thai restaurant in London’s iconic Spitalfields, just around the corner from the market stall.
Rosa’s Thai quickly became synonymous with simple, fresh, and authentic Thai food, with restaurants popping up in cities all over the UK including London, Liverpool, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, and Cardiff, catering to the booming legion of foodie fans.
Combining modern London with the heart and soul of Bangkok, Rosa’s Thai Dubai will be a 90-cover restaurant open for lunch and dinner, seven days a week. Guests can expect a super laid back, relaxed, and homely vibe where they can experience classic Thai dishes made from scratch, using hero ingredients from Thailand. Rest assured, there are no pre-cooked dishes here, just authentic food and true Thai hospitality.

Dubai diners will be treated to signature dishes made using the best of Thai produce, including chilli pastes from a husband-and-wife team in the Huai Yod district of Thailand and rice noodles from a 3rd generation family business that has made noodles for over 80 years.
Menu highlights include classic and delicious Thai dishes including fan-favourite pad Thai and comforting green curry, as well as Rosa’s Thai cult favourites from red pineapple curry to stir-fried aubergine with yellow bean sauce, chilli, soy sauce & sweet basil.
The menu also offers plenty of meat-free options for vegetarian diners, from fluffy sweetcorn patties with kaffir lime to arich red curry with bamboo shoots &sweet basil.
Rosa’s Thai also offers a dedicated children’s menu and a variety of hand-crafted mocktails which, complete with Rosa’s signature Thai hospitality, makes the restaurant a welcoming, go-to environment for couples, friends, and families alike.
