Rumba Cuban Bar & Kitchen, the popular Havana-inspired venue at Club Vista Mare, is bringing the famous Buena Vista Social Club music to Dubai and inviting residents and visitors to be part of this elevated experience every Thursday, launching on 25th May, from 9 pm till late.
Rumba Cuban Bar & Kitchen presents Homage to Buena Vista Social Club and creates the same vibe as in Havana. A popular music venue back in the 1940s in the Buenavista quarter of Havana, the members’ club experienced the peak of Havana’s nightclub life, when musical ensembles called charangas and conjuntos played several sets every night, going from club to club for a week.
The Havana Band will play traditional Cuban music from 8:30 pm to 12:00 am to entertain guests indulging in hearty Latin American and Caribbean fusion dishes. The offer includes a three-course set menu priced at AED210 and guests wanting to have a cigar and spirits will add AED250 for rum, AED270 for whisky, and AED290 for cognac.
