Hola Shows Us How To Dine, Drink And Fiesta To Bring In The New Year

Set high on the Meydan Hotel, Hola rooftop restaurant and lounge presents never-ending summer vibes, evoking the soul of Spanish islands Ibiza, Formentera, and Mallorca in one beautiful place, bringing a taste of traditional Spanish flavours to Dubai.

From the fresh white interiors, colourful plants and greenery, the islands are embodied throughout Hola’s picturesque venue, coupled with stunning views of the Meydan racecourse, adding a burst of colour and energy to this unique rooftop experience.

At Hola, we don’t brunch, we fiesta because it’s not just about the food, it’s a mindset, an attitude, a celebration of life. Share this philosophy with us and get that feel-good factor. With that in mind, we are taking you on a trip to the islands by launching our Friday brunch with flavourful offerings and a special Hola experience not to be missed!

 

BRUNCH

Tapas will include crispy chicken sliders, tempura coated gambas fritas, juicy watermelon and feta salad and patatas bravas with a salsa coating

Raw includes ceviche capon (salmon) with mango, rocoto and sweet potato, sushi platter, a selection of best-loved sushi and sashimi and beef carpaccio with capers dressing and parmesan crumble

The Piece de resistance: grain fed ribeye grilled to perfection just as you like it, camarones, those juicy plump tiger prawns, tender grilled sea bream fillets, pollo Milanese with a herb crumble and gnocchi with truffle cream and spinach fondue

Desserts Churros or selection of seasonal fruits and sorbets

NEW YEAR’S EVE

The last night of 2021 has to bereally special as we remember all the good times we had, the people we met and friends we made, moments we can be thankful for and carry all of that into 2022.

To make it even more memorable, we have a spectacular year-ending set dinner menu planned.

 

GET STARTED

Glistening white Burrata with confit dates and Greek pita, de la calle flaky, fresh from the sea and oh-so-tender sea bass with Peruvian ají, decadent truffle sliders with a wagyu patty, rich truffle cream, Cheddar, caramelised onion and mushrooms, sushi platter has all the favourite sushi and sashimi, and gambas fritas, tempura lightly- coated shrimps with crispy herbs and aioli.

 

CARRY ON

Camarones al Ajillo,plump, pink and juicy jumbo prawns with garlic, chalaca and parsley, pollo Milanese, corn fed chicken breast with herby crumble, fileto, melt-in-the-mouth aged Australian tenderloin with broccolini and crispy, spicy chorizo and berenjena, traditionally prepared Italian eggplant with marinated tomato and salsa verde.

 

FINISH UP

Le moelleux, a veritable volcano of chocolate lava cake with caramel and strawberry sorbet, churros, everybody’s favourite, with chocolate ganache, coconut ice cream and cinnamon and one of the most famous Spanish desserts, crema Catalana, creamy yet fruity with an orange infusion and fresh raspberries.

All of the above are accompanied by unlimited house pouring drinks, selected hops and grapes.
