Start off with some tapas off the menu; the Wagyu beef carpaccio, thin slices of torched beef topped with truffle cream, crispy potato, parmesan foam, and mizuna, followed by a selection from the Crudo Bar, the Ceviche De La Calle, a fresh sea bass with Ají Amarillo, Leche de Tigre and cancha corn. The main dishes do not disappoint: the Fileto, a juicy Angus prime beef tenderloin, served with creamy mashed potato, crunchy broccolini and red wine sauce. The succulent Camarones Al Ajillo hits the spot;juicy U10 Tiger prawns with garlic, parsley, thyme and wine.
But what could possibly delight more than the artsy island cocktails, view, or décor? The Choco Bomb, a rich 62% cacao sphere with pistachio cream, ice cream, brownies and a dark gold caramel sauce, a divine star to seal the deal on this mouthwatering meal.
