Hoi An Restaurant Reopens With Exciting New Brunch Concept

On Monday, 1 March, Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai’s Hoi An reopened its doors to diners. With an elevated menu and new brunch concept, Hoi An brings back its full Vietnamese culinary team and exciting Southeast Asian tastes.

Nestled amongst pale tangerine walls and turquoise green shutters, under the open rafters and ceiling fans, guests can taske their taste buds on a journey of taste from Hanoi to the restaurant’s namesake fishing port of Hoi An. Available every Friday and Saturday, the new brunch concept, Khai Vi, meaning “appetizers” in Vietnamese, offers authentic small dishes which include street food delicacies found throughout Vietnam. The dishes are prepared using culinary traditions passed on from generation to generation.

Khai Vi brunch is served every Friday and Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Two culinary packages cater to every guests’ needs: AED 175 inclusive of food and soft drinks; and AED 275 inclusive of house beverages.

Hoi An will be open daily from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m., where guest will live the full diverse Vietnamese experience in a new revamped concept in the heart of Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai.
