With luxury sailing befitting Dubai’s skyline, Roberto’s At Sea’s culinary line-up includes three optional menus featuring seasonal favourites like tuna tartare with avocado and wasabi cream, wild forest and portobello mushroom risotto and roasted tiger prawns. Ending on a sweet note, the dolci selections include tiramisu, pistachio ice cream and chocolate profiteroles.
