New gastronomic dining spot DUO Gastrobar open its doors in Dubai. Acclaimed Chef Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov are bringing the essence of Saint Petersburg to the city’s bustling hotspot, Dubai Hills.
The international F&B project DUO Band by Dmitry and Renat, has opened its first-ever restaurant in the region that offers modern European cuisine with a touch of Asia. Hailing from Russia, the highly experienced chef is bringing his 40 best dishes from DUO Band’s popular restaurants to the UAE. DUO Gastrobar’s menu is created with unforgettable tastes and combinations that are sure to tantalize tastebuds. With all kinds of seasonal dishes, the menu beautifully blends comfort and food, provoking powerful emotions. The restaurant focuses on providing a gastronomic adventure with fresh and best quality ingredients. Made using interesting and unique combinations the signature dishes created by DUO Gastrobar include broccoli pate with pine nuts, tuna ceviche with cucumber and cilantro, yellowtail with black truffle and horseradish, oxtail pie with taleggio and young cabbage with black truffle. Right from classic cocktails to selection of wines, DUO chic bar hosts a great choice of drinks and beverages for its guests.
