Zitti is a legendary entertainer on the UAE circuit having earned an amazing reputation as a stellar artist who gives a passionate, high energy, and incredibly upbeat performance! Equipped with unmistakeable flair and charisma, Zitti will perform with his band, all of whom have a penchant for jazz and swing classics. An exuberant performance is guaranteed!
Lucia’s team of mixologists have created two amazing drinks that will both be made fresh in front of guests at the table, for one week only. Sgroppinois a showstopping and super refreshing drink that is served in a bowl, combining lemon gelato, lemon zest, limoncello, and prosecco. Putting a spin on the viral Negroni, Lucia’s mixologists will add porcini mushroom and fresh thyme, proving a delicious, umami creation.
Three delicious dishes will be on offer to celebrate the birthday:
- Risotto Ai Porcini & Tartufo Nero – Served in a parmesan wheel, with carnaroli rice, porcini mushroom, parmesan cheese, truffle butter, and shaved black truffle
- Branzino In Crosta Di Sale– 1,2 Kg Mediterranean sea bass in salt crust, marinated grilled vegetables, and salmoriglio will be served at the table.
- Classic Italian Profiteroles– Choux pastry filled with chantilly custard cream, warm dark chocolate glaze, and crunchy caramel made fresh at the table.
