Gaucho Dubai Launches New Business Lunch Menu

Time-sensitive guests who want to enjoy fine cuisine on a limited lunch period, should head to Gaucho Dubai. Available Sunday to Thursday, busy DIFC professionals and avid meat-lovers can enjoy a three-course menu consisting of dishes infused with traditional Argentinian style, cutting edge South American influences and contemporary flair.

With an array of seriously sumptuous dishes, the Business Lunch priced at AED 125, is bound to inspire the palate as well as ensure you are re-energised to power through the working day. Guests can immerse in an epicurean pleasure through an innovative concept, combining culinary art, great value and timely service – all that make lunch at Gaucho Dubai the perfect choice!

Start off by tickling your taste buds with a palate cleansing bowl of Beetroot soup and homemade breads. Next choose two small plates, from Argentine king prawns or Braised beef back ribs glazed in hoisin and chilli orange sauce with sesame seeds, fresh orange and pickled jalapeño or Fig salad with smoked burrata and basil to name just a few of the plethora of light bites! Once appetites have been whet, indulge in one of the seven main dishes on offer such as 150g Ancho Rib eye, Lamb Chops with parsnip purée, Spicy rock chicken or Black truffle risotto – with a choice of a side such as Sweet potato fries, Broccoli with tahini sauce or Mash potato.

Additionally, for those with a sweet tooth, the dessert menu will not disappoint. For an extra AED 25, guests can choose from the indulgent Dulce de leche cheesecake, Sizzling brownie or Pionono with dulce de leche and vanilla ice cream.
