The Guild, Dubai’s answer to the brasseries of New York and recipient of Michelin Guide’s Opening of the Year 2024, is extending a warm invitation to join in the joy of Thanksgiving. Set within ICD Brookfield Place, guests can gather with loved ones for an elegant feast amongst enchanting interiors.
Taking place on 28th November from 6:30 PM, guests can enjoy a five-course set menu priced at AED 350 per person. Diners can choose to begin the evening with a selection of à la carte arrival cocktails, including a classic Old Fashioned or Dirty Martini, enhanced with blue cheese-stuffed olives.
As guests delve into the feast, they will commence with a rich Butternut Squash & Roasted Pumpkin soup, elevated with smoked pumpkin oil and croutons for an added crunch, followed by a delicious Butter-Poached King Crab Leg, bathed in smoked butter and fresh lemon, and a fresh Roasted Beetroot Salad served with feta cheese, shallots, and a fragrant orange dressing.
For the main affair, guests will relish a traditional Free-Range Wood-Over Smoked Turkey with stuffing and turkey jus. This centrepiece will be complemented with an array of classic trimmings such as roasted potatoes, Brussel sprouts, roasted carrots, and cranberry sauce, ensuring an unforgettable meal. To conclude the special meal, guests can delve into a warm Apple Tart, paired with almond frangipane, and a creamy vanilla bean ice cream, ensuring a sweet end.
