The interior of Alma Bar Dubai highlights the region’s distinct character, showcasing hidden gems such as Persian rugs hanging from the ceiling, creating a chic and inviting ambiance. The venue is an exquisite fusion of cultures and eras from around the globe, paying tribute to both the past and the present.
Executive chef Carlos De Los Mozos has created a delicious menu featuring signature dishes such as Burrata and Veal Prosciutto Pizzetta topped with smoked scamorza, pistachio, chimichurri, Steak Melt Tacos filled with juicy steak, mozzarella, onions, and chipotle, and Octopus & Chorizo served with confit baby potatoes and romesco sauce.
Each signature cocktail at Alma is a masterpiece of liquid art, reflecting the spirit of expression and exploration through bold, unique flavours. Tony Pescatori from Alma London, in collaboration with Sebouh Tato, Addmind’s Beverage Manager, have curated a menu that seamlessly blends forgotten ingredients with modern crafting techniques and visionary innovation. Signature tipples shared with Alma’s London menu include Tokyo, a refreshing, clean and floral concoction garnished with a Pikachu for an extra touch of whimsy, as well as Almarita, their unique twist on the Margarita. The venue also features a dedicated agave bar lined with the best of mezcal, tequila, bacanora, raicilla, and other Mexican spirits creating a bright medley of flavours on the palate.
Every Monday and Wednesday, Alma comes alive with the vibrant sounds of live bands. The eclectic selection of music ensures that Alma is the ultimate destination for grooving to vintage, vibrant, and diverse sounds.
