Fi’lia, Dubai’s premier Italian-Mediterranean restaurant at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences has revealed its new brunch menu. Led by Chef Celia Stoecklin, the new brunch menu will cater to all with three options for Regular, Vegetarian, and Vegan diners, featuring an array of stunning dishes.
While overlooking the beautiful 360-degree panoramic views of Dubai. Guests can choose between a Soft, a House, and a Premium drink packages to complement their brunch experience.
Great food is always a good reason to bring people together, a convivial scene, and the scents and ambiance are a prelude to a great Italian feast, starting off with the Tagliere Misto, a selection of classic Italian cold cuts and cheeses. The Stracciatella is a creamy burrata heart, and the vanilla butter and toasted butter of Gamberi, of roasted garlic prawns are highly delectable.
The Zucchini fritti are delicious crispy bites, along with the Arancini with taleggio cream, and to balance the richness, the Insalata is refreshing with arugula, avocado, raspberries, and pecans.
The main dishes are a class of their own, featuring tender beef Short Ribs and creamy polenta, or the irresistible Truffle pizza with truffle and parmesan cream. The – Trofie pasta with pistachio pesto is for dedicated pasta lovers, and the creamy lemon and asparagus Risotto is a true expression of joy found in food.
For dessert, the Vegan Pavlova with a melt-in-your-mouth refinement, and Fi’lia’s beloved Filiamisu with light mascarpone cream, savoiardi, and espresso syrup served Mamma’s way are the perfect way to end the brunch.
