Fi’lia Introduces Much-Awaited New Menu

Dubai’s award-winning Italian-Mediterranean restaurant, Fi’lia, introduces a much-awaited new menu created by Chef Celia Stoecklin. Her passion for food, creativity, and simplicity has made her a connoisseur in transforming ingredients into appetising, and visually stunning dishes, creating a flavour medley.

Chef Celia’s fresh perspective on creating the new menu has transformed Fi’lia’s dishes; with a focus on the menu focusing on the main ingredient of the dish, or the type of the dish itself. The new menu is clear, simple, and packed with new flavours in addition to being delicious.

Guests will be spoiled for choice with the Antipasti options. From the creamy Burrata with candy tomatoes to the Stracciatella, with oven-baked feta, perhaps the fried Calamari, or the Gamberi roasted garlic prawns, a meatball Polpette, or the truffle beef Carpaccio.

Fresh Pasta and Risotto options are mouthwatering. Classic Italian food lovers will enjoy the Lasagna prepared daily with a juicy beef ragu, along with the ever-popular spaghetti Carbonara. The lemon asparagus Risotto is tart and creamy, and the Orecchiette with red prawns, scampi, and baby spinach is a savoury delight.

La Famiglia brings the best of all ingredients and dishes together. The richness of the Cacciucco is incomparable, with clams, mussels, seabass, prawns, bisque, sourdough bread, and white wine. The Branzino is a flaky almost buttery one-kilogram of butterfly oven-baked seabass served with vegetables. The veal Milanese is a dream, presented with a poached egg, shaved truffle, and chives.

For the Main Course, the lamb shank Osso bucco Agnello with creamy polenta is an excellent choice, along with the soft pillowy Gnocchi in truffle butter sauce, and the Beef tenderloin Filetto with marsala sauce does not disappoint.

The pizzeria selections are sure to please pizza lovers. From the classic Margherita with buffalo mozzarella to the Truffle with truffle cream and porcini mushroom, or the Verde with a zucchini base, almond cream, and caramelised onion. The Jerusalem Artichoke presents a fresh take on a new flavour, with mozzarella, spinach, sunchoke puree, and gorgonzola, and the Quattro Formaggi’s cheesy promise is always an excellent choice.

For the love of Dolci, the Fi’liamisu is a must, with light mascarpone cream and espresso syrup, and the classic Pavlova with coconut and passionfruit cream and mango gelato is a tropical joy. Fi’lia’s Brinata presents a much-loved Tuscan cheesecake with strawberry compote, and the Limone is refreshing with lemon yogurt mousse, meringue, mandarin, and mint gel.

Fi’lia’s new menu represents Chef Celia’s love for Italian food through the art of balancing simple and complex flavours. Guests will surely enjoy and appreciate the new menu’s representation of classic and creative Italian dishes.
