Fi’lia Embraces Tradition By Featuring An Italian Easter Sunday Menu

The award-winning restaurant is extending its warm Easter wishes by hosting a celebration to remember on the 9th of April at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences.

The tradition of passing on recipes and moments throughout generations continues on this Easter at Fi’lia, a time for coming together as family and friends, complete with an exclusive menu for the day.

This festive occasion gives an opportunity to cherish the culinary excellence passed down from one generation to the next and revel in the delectable dishes. It is a time to gather with loved ones and enjoy an exclusive menu curated specially for the day.

You’re invited to join Fi’lia for Easter Sunday to spend quality time with your family and friends while enjoying a special menu designed to rejoice the season. Although the menu’s one-word titles may seem simple, the dishes are packed with flavour and hearty tradition.

The convivial atmosphere amongst the lush green décor and expansive windows 70 floors up, presents a perfect setting for Easter lunch or dinner inside or outside on the terrace. Starting with the Amuse Bouche, Fiadoni di pasqua–cheese-stuffed ravioli baked in the oven, followed by the starter dish, the Perfect Egg, which includes watercress and baby spinach coulis, juicy mushrooms, and a rich caviar topping.

Before choosing between the two mains, the guests can indulge in the hot starter dish, Agnolotti, made with scrumptious Ricotta cheese, lemon, and rosemary sauce. The culmination of the feast, will be either tender lambserved with potato gratin, lamb jus, green peas cream, fresh mint, or the sea basswith white asparagus, fava beans, mashed potatoes, and clam foam.

Dessert is an occasion in and of itself, the Colomba, or also known as the “Easter Dove”, isa traditional dessert dating back almost a century. Commonly found on the tables of Italian families during this time the dessert can be topped with a variety of toppings.

Fi’lia’s Easter menu is exclusively available on Sunday, April 9th during lunch and dinner, and guests can opt for à la carte dining from Fi’lia’s regular menu, which also includes a special menu for children.
