Celebrate the spirit of love this Valentine’s Day with an exclusive 6-course set menu at Bombay Borough, the all-day Indian bar and eatery located in DIFC. Guests can indulge in a delightful culinary journey celebrating Indian cuisine and global inspiration with a lavish feast designed to share the love. Priced at AED 325 + VAT per person, this limited-time experience is available all day from 14th to 16th February 2025.

The exclusive set menu caters to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, offering a diverse selection of dishes to delight every palate. Vegetarian appetizers include the vibrant Plum Chilli Carpaccio with lemon chilli dressing and the live-prepared Crackling Chaat Board, setting the tone for a flavorful and meaningful dining experience. The Smalls & Grills section features creative offerings such as crispy Oyster Mushrooms and Chargrilled Asparagus with a fermented peppers marinade, blending textures and flavours seamlessly. For the main course, guests can savour options like kakori-style Jackfruit Kofta, Cottage Cheese Roulade, Saag Burrata with Makai Sourdough, or the aromatic Gucchi Nadru Pulao featuring fried lotus leaves.

Non-vegetarians can begin their meal with flavorful options like the live-prepared Crackling Chaat Board and Black Tamarind Salmon Carpaccio. The Smalls & Grills section features regional-inspired dishes such as Braised Turkey with a Kerala Nadan marinade. For the main course, diners can choose from an array of aromatic and indulgent dishes, including Lamb Kofta, Daab chingri style Grilled Prawns and Amritsari Saag Murg with Makai Sourdough, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

The menu also features refreshing mid-course Edible Origami featuring Edible Paper Petals with Messages for dear ones, that can be folded into Origami by guests. Towards the main course, diners are even treated to a Blackberry & Habanero sorbet palate cleanser. Moreover, both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian packages include decadent desserts symbolising love and affection, featuring Pine Nuts & White Chocolate Cookies with red cherry ganache, Kaapi Rasgulla served with salted caramel ice cream, Lavender & Honey Macaroons, and Red Wine & Tender Coconut Truffles served with chocolate ganache, thereby providing the perfect sweet finale to a unforgettable Valentine’s Day celebration.
