Venturing from Beirut to Dubai, Amelia Lounge invites guests to embark on an extraordinary quest filled with mystery, adventure, and discovery. This retro-futuristic steampunk-inspired lounge restaurant transcends the boundaries of traditional dining, offering a unique experience that merges mixology, gastronomy, and music. With its warm service and attention to detail, Amelia Lounge brings people together to create memorable moments for all senses.

Connect at 5 is a meticulously curated tasting menu available from Monday to Friday between 5pm and 7pm. Priced at AED 145 per person, the set menu allows guests to explore Amelia’s diverse and flamboyant flavors, expertly crafted by their talented culinary team.
The Connect at 5 tasting menu includes a selection of tantalizing dishes, such as:

Edamame: Grilled soybeans seasoned with kosher salt.
Sake Nikkei: A delightful combination of salmon, avocado, chulpe, tobiko, wasabi nori, and ponzu truffle.
Yasai Maki: A vegetarian option featuring avocado, cucumber, mango, takuan, and aji passion.
Rollo de Camarones: A roll filled with shrimp, halloumi, avocado, kimchi, togarashi, and truffle cream.
Gyoza de Pollo: Gyoza dough filled with pollo, parmesan cheese, and aji amarillo cream.
