Carnaval season is upon us, and in true SUSHISAMBA style, the internationally renowned restaurant is going all-out for a second time to celebrate Brazil’s most extravagant party with two exclusive events that will bring the magic of Brazilto Dubai on 25 February. Deeply ingrained in the SUSHISAMBA DNA, Carnaval is a legendary global event that is celebrated with a series of dedicated parties that seamlessly channel the energetic essence and free-spirited revelry that is iconic of the Rio Carnaval.
‘Carnaval Brunch’at SUSHISAMBA
Kicking off the festivities at SUSHISAMBA is the Carnaval Brunch; an unforgettable one-of-a-kind event that brings together bold colors, extraordinary food, and sensational entertainment. Electrifying live performances and hip-swaying samba dancers will immerse the atmosphere and transport guests to another dimension. Special guest DJ,Peppe Citarella, will curate a musical set of irresistible beats whilst world famous Brazilian bartender, Marcio Silva, will be indulging guests with ambrosial drinks.
A bright and colorful live station, featuring a freshly prepared selection of sashimi, sushi, and antichuchos, will form the centerpiece of the vibrant and dynamic gastronomical experience. House favorite starters and main courses will be served at the table, showcasing the best combination of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisines, including Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Gyoza with kabocha puree and sweet soy, the Black Cod with white miso, hajikami, and shichimi, and Vegetarian Taquitos. Ending the journey on a sweet note, the SAMBA Signature Dessert guarantees to surprise and delight guests.

Taking place at night, the festivities will continue with an ultra-exclusive “Let’s Get Louco” Carnaval partyfrom 9pm onwards at the SAMBA Room – guests will be transported to Rio de Janeiro from the moment they step into the venue.The “Let’s Get Louco” night party will embrace the full extravagance and revelry of the occasion with incredible music by DJ,Peppe Citarella, whowill channel the high energy rhythm and exuberant spirit of the streets of Brazil, while Marcio Silva will continue creating ultra-delicious cocktails throughout the night.No Carnaval party will be complete without the sensational Samba dancers and live music.
