Exciting New Additions To The Dubai Mall’s F&B Scene

The Dubai Mall, already a destination for food lovers, has expanded its culinary options offering some exciting new additions. If you are looking for a new lunch spot, or café to hang out in, be sure to check out these new dining venues on your next visit.

Jones the Grocer – This gourmet grocer from ‘Down Under’ became an instant hit when it first opened its doors in Abu Dhabi in 2008. Since then, it has opened 14 branches across the emirates and established itself as a firm favourite amongst those seeking quality, luxury ingredients and a great menu. Try their signature Jones’ Wagyu Burger with bois boudran sauce and skin-on fries for a meal you will not forget. Jones the Grocer can be found on the ground floor of The Dubai Mall near The Waterfall.

Keventers – This beloved Indian milkshake and ice-cream brand is over 100 years old and has more than 190 outlets throughout India. Their mix of authentic flavours and modern concoctions has given them a cult following. The Mint Oreo Crumble Milkshake is a must-try. Keventers is located on the second-floor food court.

OverDose – Saudi coffee brand OverDose has brought its speciality coffee brand and quirky interiors to the mall. Enjoy its unique twist on classic appetisers and fabulous desserts while tuning into great melodies and cool vibes. The OverDose Cafe will be located on the second floor next to Dubai Ice Rink.

Din Tai Fung – Experience the classic ‘taste of Taiwan’ with views of The Dubai Fountain at this Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant best known for its fluffy steamed dumplings and delicious noodles. It can be found on the ground floor of The Dubai Mall’s Fashion Avenue extension.

Walnut Grove – A branch of this South African favourite is now open offering an extensive menu covering all three meals of the day. There is also a boutique bakery on site – making giant cakes the outlet has become famous for.

Chocomelt – This chocolate boutique and coffee shop that specialises in desserts, sweet dishes and beverages. Located on the second floor of Fashion Avenue, Chocomelt works with the finest Belgian cacao to provide you with a unique experience upon every visit.

Home Bakery – The Home Bakery, is in fact, home grown right here in the UAE. Home Bakery’s recipes are inspired by local authentic ingredients as well as international well-loved favourites. Their Kunafa Nutella Cake is certainly one to write home about. Find your favourite flavour on the first floor of Fashion Avenue.

Secret Garden by L’eto – Beautifully quirky floral inspired interior, elegantly laid tables and delicate condiments conjure up the most Instagram worthy shots. Not only does it serve an extensive drinks menu of mocktails, infused waters, coffees and teas, its cake selection rivals the city’s finest. All are served with a special message spelt out on your plate or saucer to inspire your day. Their Saffron Dulce De Leche cake is sure to satisfy your sugar cravings.

Open Flame Kitchen – Apart from enjoying beautifully cooked, globally influenced high-end fare, Open Flame Kitchen also puts on a show not to be missed. The real show fire grill allows you to watch as chefs work to prepare your meal. The Kuwaiti brand’s Wild Fire/7 burger is a treat.

Gran Caffe – Fine Italian cuisine with homemade signature dishes, fresh pastries and rustic sandwiches served in a cozy atmosphere. Gran Caffe is on Level 3 of the new extension.
