Some of the exciting new additions to the menu include Sea Bass (AED 58) from the binchotan grill, infused with sea salt and sudachi, Sweet Corn Mochi Risotto (AED 115), served with burnt leeks and onsen egg and a Wagyu Monaka Katsu Sando (AED 56), accompanied by tonkatsu and mustard cabbage.
