Ergo Launches New Kitchen Series Concept!

Ergo Cocktail Bar & Restaurant is launching the ‘Ergo Kitchen’ series which will showcase one chef each month. To begin, the venue is excited to announce its first collaboration ‘Dîner Modern’ by French Chef Junior Nadje at Ergo. This highly anticipated Kitchen Dining Experience, featuring Chef Junior Nadje’s signature dishes, will take place on Saturday, 8th of April from 7 pm until 10 pm.

Chef Junior Nadje will be the first to feature in Ergo’s new concept ‘Ergo’s Kitchen’, Chef has an impressive culinary background, having worked in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants across Paris, Monaco, London, and Dubai. His passion for cooking has led him to create innovative dishes that are both visually stunning and incredibly flavourful. The Kitchen Dining Experience at Ergo will showcase Chef Junior Nadje’s creativity and bring his unique taste to Dubai’s food scene. Chef’s ‘Dîner Modern’ will offer guests an immersive dining experience that blends traditional French cuisine with modern cooking techniques.

One of his most popular dishes, the Red Cabbage Roasted with citrus fruits, has earned him critically acclaimed and made him a media darling in France and now Dubai. This dish will feature a range of other delicious dishes that Chef Junior Nadje has carefully curated for Ergo’s Kitchen. Some of the dishes to look forward to are the Snails & Mushrooms Skewers, which are grilled to perfection and bursting with flavour, the Chicory Salad with pine nuts and gorgonzola dressing, which is both refreshing and satisfying, and finally the Grilled Seabass with ssamjang paste & spinach cream, a Korean-inspired dish that’s sure to tantalize the taste buds. Each dish is a testament to Chef Junior Nadje’s creativity and passion for cooking and will be the perfect start to Ergo’s new culinary venture.
