With the cosiest setting indoors and outdoors, the fast break commences with a selection of traditional bites like dates, lentil soup with croutons and special Ramadan beverages giving a nod to local traditions, before diving into the delicious menu. For the Entrees, guests can indulge in Tomato and cucumber salad, drizzled with lemon dressing that comes with crisp pita, Grilled harissa prawns, Za’atar flatbread topped with akawi cheese, labneh and pomegranate salad and Baked filo with cheese and sesame that brings on the flavour with the perfect balance of salty and sweet.
