Priced at only AED 129, the menu’s delectable combination of flavors includes a starter, main course, and dessert, and alternatively, guests can opt for two starters and a main course. To enhance the experience, a glass of red or white wine can be added for AED 39.
The menu reflects the renowned Chef Joël Robuchon with its innovative and contemporary approach to fine dining, featuring a selection of options to showcase his culinary artistry.
The starters include a selection of both Cold and Hot dishes. For the Cold starters, guests can choose from the refreshing Le Poireau, poached leeks with mustard lemon vinaigrette, or the flavors La Salade Grecque, a Greek salad with feta cheese and Mediterranean accents. As for seafood enthusiasts, Le Saumon is a fresh salmon tataki served with guacamole and yuzu.
