Known for its fusion cuisine that blends Japanese-Mediterranean flavours with global influences, EKAI is bringing a touch of Arabic flavor to its signature style for Ramadan.
The menu will feature mouth-watering dishes that showcase the fusion of Arabic and Japanese-Mediterranean flavours, including dates, bread basket, eggplant Parmigiana with miso sauce, wild rice salad with za’atar dressing, fish couscous with wasabi aioli, hummus with shiso leaves, lamb stew with mushrooms, beans and beef, and a choice of desserts such as Kunafa, Mohalabia, and Umm Ali.
Designed with sharing in mind, the dishes allow guests to savour the flavours together. Furthermore, in the spirit of Ramadan, the Iftar menu will include a refreshing selection of water, milk, dates, and walnuts, all served at an all-inclusive price of just 139 AED per person.
EKAI welcomes diners for iftar every day from sunset till 9 PM, from Wednesday 22 March to Friday 21 April.
