Heading into its second week, Dubai Food Festival’s 10th edition introduces an endless selection of food-filled experiences, with special masterclasses hosted by award-winning chefs, exclusive Chef’s Tables, culinary collaborations, kids workshops and immersive experiential dining events. Masterclasses with award-winning chefs
Guests can embark on a glorious culinary exploration of various cuisines while learning how to make national dishes and signature plates from world-renowned and award-winning chefs. Master a skill few have mastered with a French pastry cooking class with Chef Romain Castet at Bijou Patisserie 6th May, Additionally, diners can experience a Sustainability Masterclass at BB Social Dining with co-founder and executive chef, Alex Stumpf on 4th May, or alternatively try a Mocktail masterclass with Jimmy Barrat at Ergo on 2nd May.
Culinary Collaborations
In celebration of the 10th edition of Dubai Food Festival, unforgettable dining experiences await as some of the world’s most popular chefs collaborate to share their knowledge and expertise while curating exclusive set menus that celebrate the culinary heritage of each cuisine. The Four Hands dinner with chefs Leung and Chong will take place at Demon Duck in Caesars Palace Dubai Bluewaters from 4 to 6 of May, as the award-winning and “unorthodox” duo Alvin Leung and Eric Chong present their unique style of preparing Asian cuisine, curating a bold menu and preparing delicious and eccentric dishes for diners to enjoy.
Chefs Tables
In the 10th year edition, Dubai Food Festival will host a series of Chef’s Tables as each Chef showcases their culinary expertise, bringing authentic flavours with each curated tasting menu. This includes multiple course meals from various cuisines paired with a unique dining experience for each visitor, such as an exclusive eight-course Chef’s Table at Korean restaurant, Bada Dining and a special Chef’s Table at Anasa, where Executive chef Ilias Doulamis and his team will give you an up-close view of the artistry behind Greek cuisine on 4, 5 and 6th May.
Experiential Dining Experiences
Guests are invited to dive into a variety of unique experiential dining experiences exclusively available during Dubai Food Festival that will promise to take visitors through culinary journeys using the unique ingredients and culinary traditions of each country. For the ultimate authentic dining journey from a Petrossian caviar Experience by ODEON, a sunset dining experience at Attiko to zero waste tasting menus at Ginger Moon and Zero Waste Tasting Menu at the MICHELIN Green Star restaurant, LOWE, there is something for everyone.
Kids Experiences
Dubai Food Festival offers kids the chance to learn new cooking skills and the culinary culture of various cuisines, as chefs from local restaurants help the little ones make special local dishes from scratch as well as decorate desserts for a sweet finish. These include a Black Tap kids CrazyShake Masterclass, a children’s cooking Masterclass at Reif Japanese Kushiyaki, and a kids Pizza and Cookie Making Masterclass at Marina Social.

In addition to these one-off experiences, Dubai Restaurant Week runs until 7 May with over 50 restaurants offering special lunch and dinner menus from just AED95. Etisalat by e& Beach Canteen continues until 7 May offering a free to enter beach-side pop-up dining concept.
