Of course, the options don’t end there, in addition, several other varieties of the Kelvin Cakes are available for pick up at Jun’s including thePina Colada cake with coconut cream and brown butter pineapple marmalade, Pistachio paying homage to matcha and white chocolate, and Strawberry cake heavily influenced bythe strawberry shortcakes that Chef Kelvin loved to eat as a child after school. Also on the menu is the already best-selling Ube cake, an equally unique and delicious creation designed by chef Kelvin inspired by the traditional Filipino delicacy.
