Dolce Legends and Lounge, located on the podium level of Al Fattan Currency Tower in DIFC, launches several new regular offerings for Dubai denizens. Dolce Lounge offers guests the chance to sit back and unwind, sipping on premium beverages and sampling delectable morsels cooked to order from Dolce Hospitality’s acclaimed restaurants: St. Tropez, French Mediterranean vibes from La Voile Rouge; Japanese favorites from Hidemasa, by decorated Michelin Star Chef Hide Yamamoto; and authentic Middle Eastern cuisine from Mamounia. Only at Dolce Lounge can you experience three of the most authentic global dining experiences in one perfect setting.
Dolce Hospitality has a long history dating back to the 1990s, when Kate, Naomi, and the current crop of supermodels frequented the brand’s ever-popular Mayfair hangouts like Tantra, Mayfair Club, and Emporium. As a result, the company is well-versed in its dedication to offering fine dining experiences. The highly regarded food that Dolce Hospitality serves is always their main priority.
Beginning on Friday October 28th, Dolce will offer “FSN: Fusion Supper Club @ Dolce,” a weekly dinner menu including a variety of mouthwatering foreign dishes from the French Riviera to the Orient. The menu is designed as a sharing concept and consists of three courses. The meal will begin with mouthwatering Arabic mezzes, which will include handcrafted classic dishes. For mains, patrons can enjoy a variety of Japanese flavors, including chef’s selection of Nigiri sushi, cold-roasted prime beef with a truffle soy dashi, grilled lemongrass chicken skewers, and the renowned house special Hiyokomame Gyoza. Your evening will end sweetly with the best French desserts, including a tart yet enticing lemon fondant and a decadent caramel cookie skillet.Package prices range from 299 AED for house drinks to 399 AED for premium drinks, hops, and cocktails. A platinum package, which includes premium bubbles, is only 599 AED.
From early in the evening till late, the Dolce international heritage is most evident in the music. “FSN” blends all your favorite house, R&B, and club classics throughout the night and features several legendary DJs from Dubai. Start your evening with DJ Jonboy, a fan favorite, and resident DJ on Ibiza Global Radio, then move on to DJ Grant Collins’ distinctive fusion of beats from Dubai and the Balearics, before closing with Andy Swift’s recognizable cool and commercial sound.
