A Russian classic that is typically prepared with beef, this dish is equal to a cozy mid-winter comfort meal and has been elevated into a delicate variation that expands the palate, making it a one of a kind dish.
The hero of the dish is the softly sautéed snails simmered in a creamy sauce,served over a warm bed of creamy mashed potatoes. The heartiness typically brought on by mashed potatoes pairs beautifully with the delicate and earthy flavors of the cooked snails.
