Roar offers guests classic and specially crafted cocktail menu of signature drinks with a range of G&T’s and bubble cocktails for a birthday bash, hen do’s and one-on-one or group cocktail masterclasses with the in-house FIVE beverage manager. In addition, sharing cocktails are available for 2 to 4 people and are made with grape, herbs and berries. The menu will include small bites which pack bold flavours you are feeling peckish with a variety of sharing options for a pre-dinner nibble or post-dinner hors d’oeuvre.
Amit Khindri, who serves as the Beverage Manager at FIVE Hotels & Resorts is the chief mixologist behind the thoughtfully crafted cocktail at Roar. Amit’s masterpiece is the ‘kiss me quick’ cocktail which he describes as being, “intensely aromatic with a mix of sweet black currant, and citrus that finishes with a cooling sensation.’’
