After reigning high as one of the city’s top lifestyle destinations for eight successful years, the venue closed at the end of July to undergo a renovation and now, it is ready to reveal its new bespoke interior and ambiance.
The venue offers a 360-degree immersive experience
To further amplify the design pillar that lies at the heart of the brand’s DNA, COYA Dubai presents a 360-degree immersive experience, which maintains the same upbeat vibe throughout the open-plan restaurant and Pisco Bar.
Elevated by awe-inspiring skyline views of Downtown Dubai, the new COYA features elevated neutral tones and Peruvian artefacts, enhanced by an abundance of intrinsic details with luxurious elements. Peruvian antique mirrors gilded handmade and hand carved wooden panels, Inca carvings on wooden tables, wrought iron screening details and plush Italian fabric wallpapers provide the perfect finishing touches to the destination’s eclectic and enchanting ambiance.
Ranked as Number 13 on the prestigious MENA 50 Best Restaurants list 2022, COYA Dubai will continue to offer a delectable menu of authentic Peruvian cuisine, including ceviche, anticuchos, guacamole and more.
Along with the physical refurbishment, COYA Dubai is also proud to unveil a brand-new curated menu for the Pisco Bar. Highlighting Peruvian heritage and COYA’s own homemade pisco infusions, the most iconic of all Latin American spirits, the Pisco Bar team have used the new menu to take the art of mixology to even greater heights. Starring the best varieties from the destination’s vast collection of rare piscos, rums and tequilas, the unique and exciting menu pays homage to the founding days of COYA through its color palette and design details, while each cocktail tells its own enchanting story.
Furthering the brand’s dedication to its music-focused DNA, the DJ booth will now be centrally positioned within the restaurant, where it will host an exciting line-up of COYA MUSIC DJs and world-renowned artists throughout the year.
