COYA Dubai is celebrating the annual National Pisco Day on February 7 to honor Peru’s beloved beverage. The Latin American outlet will host guests in its renowned Pisco Bar & Lounge and serve a dozen house-infused Pisco Sour flavors available throughout the day.
Celebrated in Peru every first Saturday of February, Pisco Sour Day is a jubilant and joyful homage to the country’s national drink made by mixing Peruvian pisco with fresh lime juice, syrup, egg white and a splash of Angostura bitters.
