Clap Dubai, the Japanese fine dining restaurant, in the heart of Gate Village, DIFC will join the diverse cast of restaurants showcased during Dubai’s beloved Restaurant Week.
Clap will present both a lunch and dinner set menu showcasing some of the restaurant’s tantalising signature dishes in celebration of Dubai Restaurant Week.
An eclectic lunch menu comprises inventive dishes including the likes of succulent Squid Kara-age, crunchy Shrimp Tempura Roll and Crispy Shiitake Salad followed by a selection which includes Kara-age style Tofu, Salmon Teriyaki or Chicken Kushiyaki with wasabi pepper sauce. Dessert aficionados can choose to finish on a sweet note with a Vanilla-Peanut Millefeuille or Jasmine Tea Creme Brulée.
By night, delve into a 3-course gastronomy experience starting with a choice of 7 starters including Grilled Umami Chicken Wings, Panko Sea Bass or Crispy Spicy Hijiki Tuna Roll. The main event is a choice of Black Cod Miso, Shrimps in Hoba Leaf with Mushroom and Asparagus and Chili, a Beef or Chicken Kushiyaki and a Kara-age style Tofu. Finish with the indulgent Matcha Cheesecake, Vanilla-Peanut Millefeuille or Jasmine Tea Crème Brulée.
