The home of Mai Tai, Trader Vic’s JBR located at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah is getting ready to welcome guests to this vibrant venue for a weekend long Chinese New Year celebration from 23rd – 25th January.
The stunning Polynesian venue promises guests a great weekend out and unbeatable deals on traditional Chinese delicacies and entertainment. Patrons will be treated to a special bites menu to mark the occasion with a Lion Dance performance scheduled for Thursday, 23rd January from 7:00 pm onwards.
Traditional dishes such as Yee sang (AED 55) salad with shredded vegetable, and crispy wonton soaked in hoisin dressing, Chicken dumpling (AED 45) and Pumpkin shiitake roll (AED 45) will be offed. For a dessert, guests can indulge in Nian gao (AED 40) – a glutinous rice cake with coconut caramel sauce and crispy peanut.
To welcome Chinese New Year, Trader Vic’s JBR promises a lot of surprises inside ‘red envelopes’ which will be handed over to the guest, which are part of Chinese traditional celebrations.
Diners can opt to sit inside or outside by the airy terrace to enjoy the cool winter breeze and feast on the breath-taking views of The Beach, as well as the Ain Dubai and Arabian Gulf on the horizon.
