Known for his culinary flair, attention to detail and exacting standards (reflective of his training under the master himself, Nobu Matsuhisa), Nobu Hospitality’s Corporate Chef Hervé Courtot will bring a fresh sense of culinary magic to Nobu Dubai at Atlantis, The Palm, during a week-long special event this month.
Nobu remains at the very forefront of cutting-edge Japanese fine dining the world over. The Dubai restaurant is no different and prides itself on a reputation for not just high-quality cooking and incredible produce, but also a desire to experiment, innovate and share this passion. Chef Hervé’s Ososume (ososume meaning to recommend in Japanese) menu is entirely in line with this desire; not only will his visit inspire the restaurant’s locally based chefs, it also gives UAE-based Nobu fans a unique opportunity to sample entirely new-to-the-region dishes that have proved popular in locations all over the world.
From the indulgent caviar-bedecked chutoro kinome miso to a thoroughly modern and seriously chic Japanese beef new style-roll with truffle salsa, as well as an inventive Japanese squid sushi with yuzu dish and a luxurious baby lettuce salad like no other featuring meaty, juicy lobster, crisp tofu and a gorgeous miso dressing, there’s no doubting that these items are set to the thrill all that try them.
Dishes on Chef Herve’s Ososume menu range from 65 AED – 395 AED and will be available from Saturday 18th September – Sunday 26th September. The a la carte food and beverage menu is also available during this time. Diners that wish to enjoy premium spirits, wines, Nobu’s signature exclusive Hokusetsu sake and exciting, handcrafted cocktails can of course do so.
