Award-winning Italian restaurant Roberto’s is set to delight guests with an exclusive brunch experience presented by world-renowned Chef, Enrico Bartolini. Aptly named after the Italian-starred Chef, the ‘Brunch 2.0.’ will be a definitive thirteen-course sharing concept, served in the Piemonte and Cortina terrace of the famed DIFC restaurant.
On the 22nd – 23rd January, discerning guests can enjoy the internationally acclaimed chef’s culinary creations up close and personal. Starting off the brunch with refreshing flavours, guests can indulge in carefully selected appetizers such as the Steamed bun and amberjack drizzled with balsamic vinegar, Beef carpaccio with green turnip and almond, along with Gillardeau oyster with fresh parsley and yuzu. To follow, screaming true Italian, the main course showcases dishes such as Broccoli with hazelnut and black truffle and Honey glazed veal with a sprinkle of Cervia salt and Milanese vegetables. Ending the afternoon, desserts will be served in the Premium Lounge, where brunch goers can graze on a selection of authentic Italian treats.
Guests will be able to relish in the soothing tunes of a cellist, saxophonist and violinist throughout the afternoon, entertaining guests from 3.30pm to 6.30pm. To carry the occasion into the evening, resident DJ Samer will be upping the tempo in the Premium Lounge accompanied by an experienced drummer from 5pm onwards.
Chef Enrico Bartolini will welcome brunch lovers and DIFC executives on Saturday for an afternoon of fun, whereas families are encouraged to book on Sunday for an unforgettable experience at Roberto’s. Seats for this dazzling brunch are limited, so guests are advised to book early for an afternoon of world-class food and captivating music.
