Mimi Kakushi will be hosting world-renowned bartender, Joe Schofield, on a highly anticipated takeover of the coveted bar for two nights only on 21st and 22nd February 2022.
SCHOFIELD’S BAR will be showcasing their celebrated creations made with Cointreau French orange liqueur at the highly acclaimed modern Japanese hotspot, Mimi Kakushi.
Visitors will savour creations made by award-winning mixologist, Joe Schofield, and head bartender at SCHOFIELD’Sbar, Rachel Orasnge, who will be serving up their trademark cocktails all night long.
Known for their attention-to-detail and fully immersive experiences, the Manchester-based duo display similar qualities as those of the oriental nouveau space – both aim to shatter conventions and transport diners back to the golden era of 1920s Osakawith playful twists on well-known favourites. Diners will also be able to sample the venue’s signature canapés as they sip on expertly curated cocktails.
