The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai in JBR invites guests to celebrate the UAE’s 49th National Day by enjoying alavish Emirati buffet spread at Amaseena on 2 December 2020.
The UAE National Day marks the unification of six Emirates in 1971, namely Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al-Quwain, with RasAl-Khaimah being the seventh Emirate joining the federation the following year.
Guests can look forward to commemorating the proud occasion with authentic Emirati cuisine at Amaseena. Be welcomed with a customary saffron custard drink, and savor locally inspired dishes including the much-loved lamb ouzi and a live grill station with shish tawook, lamb chops, shish kebab and lamb kofta. Guest can also savor fresh local seafood and those with a sweet tooth can sample the sweet logamat dumplings and chibab pancakes.
